FMLA Leave Administration Specialist - HR Data

The State of Ohio, Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC), is seeking a FMLA Coordinator (HCM Senior Analyst) to design, implement, and maintain improved FMLA processes, centralize workflow, and ensure accurate, confidential case handling for employees and supervisors. This on-site, full-time role requires coordinating with ADA and Disability program staff, reviewing medical certifications, monitoring deadlines, and using Cognos BI and Kronos to inform data‑driven decisions; you will be the #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Ohio
