Role Highlights Client Engagement : Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. Training & Development FINRA Sponsorship : Provided for required FINRA licensing. Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) : Comprehensive 120-day hands‑on training. Virtual University : Access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning. Mentorship : Opportunities for joint work and mentorship. Personalized Coaching : Benefit from the training and guidance of a local Vice President throughout your journey. Leadership Development : Access to Leadership Development School for those with management ambition. Professional Growth : Encouragement to pursue professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Equitable Advisors’ own Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program. Sign‑On Payment Eligibility : $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of company‑sponsored FINRA licenses and registrations. Stable Pay : After successfully completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Supports you with bi‑weekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, based on a structured 40‑hour workweek with $34,500 annually. Commissions and Bonus : In addition to stable pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
