Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role involves managing staff, handling customer relations, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations, from opening to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Staff Management: Oversee FOH operations, including hiring, scheduling, and training staff. Lead by example to ensure a positive work environment and enforce company policies (attendance, dress code, behavior).
• Customer Service: Train and empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure staff is knowledgeable about the menu, allergens, and special dietary needs.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure all catering orders are correctly prepared and delivered on time. Maintain inventory levels and oversee cash handling.
• Communication & Teamwork: Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and excellence across all departments. Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure consistency in food quality and service.
• Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints and issues, offering effective solutions. Maintain a clean and organized FOH area, ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Inventory & Administrative Tasks: Manage weekly inventory, including product deliveries and gift card tracking. Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks (labor allotment, EOD reports, Marketman updates).

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency with POS systems and administrative tools (e.g., Marketman, 7Shifts, Clover).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lead by example, enforce policies, and ensure consistency.
