Full-Time & Part-Time: $18.00-$25.12/hr

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you'll do more than just provide support to individuals with disabilities. You'll build real, lifelong connections, memorable experiences, a lasting impact on the people we support. Whether it's helping with daily living skills, participating in a community event, or cheering someone on as they reach a new goal, your work truly matters.

What You'll Do:

• Support individuals with daily living needs such as meals, hygiene, and medication.
• Provide companionship and encouragement during recreational and community activities.
• Help create opportunities for growth.
• Keep accurate records of progress and activities.
• Participate in training and team meetings to continue to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion

• Shift differentials for weekends and overnights.
