Position Overview SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, is seeking applicants for Clinical Geneticist positions within the Division of Medical Genetics of the Department of Pediatrics. Appointments are anticipated to be at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor, with rank and salary dependent on qualifications and experience. Candidates should have ABMG active candidate status or certification as a Clinical Geneticist or Biochemical Geneticist. Responsibilities Participation in clinical care, medical education, and administrative duties at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and other area hospitals and outreach clinic sites. Collaboration with prenatal genetic services and cancer risk counseling, and active contribution to clinical and molecular genetics research projects. Faculty duties include teaching at the medical student and post‑graduate levels. Qualifications ABMG certification or active candidate status, or equivalent as a Clinical Geneticist or Biochemical Geneticist. Strong interest in academic and scholarly achievement in clinical genetics.
