Paid DSP Intern: Launch a Meaningful Adult Care Career

All’s Well Healthcare is launching a statewide paid three-month shadow training program for Direct Service Professional (DSP) Interns. You will shadow staff under a DSP mentor for up to three months, working 30 hours per week, with the possibility of permanent employment, sometimes as early as week three. You will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent lives, with training covering daily living skills, communication, advocacy, and community #J-18808-Ljbffr All’s Well, Inc.
