These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred.Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imagingA.R.R.T.
