Front-End & UI/UX Designer (Webflow + WordPress)

What You’ll Do Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites in Webflow and WordPress . Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals. Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution. Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices , accessibility standards, and performance guidelines. Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback. Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/WordPress capabilities. Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment. What You Bring 3+ years of professional experience designing AND developing websites using Webflow and WordPress . A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds . Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.). Solid understanding of HTML, CSS , and responsive design principles. Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices. Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team. Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences. Bonus Points Experience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow. Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design. Experience working in fast-paced agency settings. Hours: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M.
