Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1930 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live>50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Ortho experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Ortho/Trauma background preferred.- Medical/Surgical acceptable and welcomed.

Unit Details:- Patient ratios: 1:5 RN days and nights, when possible, max 1:6.- Equipment includes some lifts for mobility, chest tubes, Hemavac drains, wound vacs, JP drains, PCA, and Foley.- Typical procedures include drain removal and PICC line placements with Infusion team.
