This includes preparing food for modified and therapeutic diets, performing routine recordkeeping, and following cleaning and sanitation schedules. Requirements High school diploma and 3 years of experience cooking for large groups of people; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Food Handler’s Permit (have or able to obtain).
