As an integral resource for staff and families, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring students’ educational needs are identified, understood, and addressed so they can thrive in a positive school environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Strong background in educational assessments and student evaluations
• Experience collaborating with educators, parents, and support teams to develop appropriate interventions and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and case management skills
• Familiarity with compliance standards and special education documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for middle school students to determine learning profiles and eligibility for special education services
• Analyze evaluation results, document findings, and present recommendations in clear, actionable ways
• Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor effective, individualized educational plans
• Maintain detailed records, meeting both administrative requirements and state or federal guidelines
• Serve as an advocate for students’ academic and social-emotional growth throughout their educational journey
