You will connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual meetings, learn about their goals, present solutions that fit their needs, and provide exceptional service throughout the process. What You'll Do Client Outreach & Relationship Building Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings Build trust through professional and meaningful conversations Develop long‑term relationships with clients Create a positive and engaging client experience Needs Assessment & Client Education Learn about client goals and objectives Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs Educate clients on available insurance products and services Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions Full-Cycle Sales Management Manage the sales process from initial contact through enrollment Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients Follow up on opportunities and client inquiries Ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the sales process Pipeline & Activity Management Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and opportunities Track client interactions and activities using CRM tools Manage follow‑up schedules and appointments Maintain accurate and detailed records Professional Growth Participate in ongoing training and development programs Continuously improve communication, sales, and relationship‑building skills Stay informed on product knowledge and industry updates Collaborate with team members and leadership to support continued growth Compensation This role offers performance‑based earning potential through a commission‑based compensation structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $35,000 and $80,000 annually , with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance and client growth.
