Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital (EBCH) is seeking an experienced healthcare billing professional to lead our Business Office operations. This full-time, Monday–Friday management position offers the flexibility of working remotely anywhere within Minnesota while providing leadership that supports our hospital's financial health and commitment to exceptional patient service. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead, coach, and develop Business Office team members. Oversee billing operations, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and regulatory compliance. Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and implement process improvements. Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to improve workflows and resolve complex billing issues. Support departmental technology systems, organizational initiatives, and revenue cycle operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Associate degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience as determined by EBCH. 3–5 years of Critical Access Hospital billing experience. 2–4 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare billing. Knowledge of Medicare, Medical Assistance, third-party payer requirements, medical terminology, and billing regulations. WHY JOIN EBCH?
