Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with above cases, scrub and operate table simultaneously

Preferred Skills/Experience: Monitoring experience preferred

Unit Facility Details:-Parking: Garage, free

Shift & Scheduling: Call is 1-2 nights a week and every 4th weekend.
Weekday, Monday – Thursday: Once per week, EOS until 0700 the following morning Weekend, Friday/Saturday/Sunday: Every 6th weekend, EOS Friday until Monday at 0700 Holiday Expectations: 1 holiday per contract, call only Weekend rotation: Call only

Floating Requirements: Possibility of floating to Auburn Cath Lab (15 minutes away). Would know in advance if needed to float. Could float max once per week but might not float at all.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification RCIS

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
