Job Opening: Home Health Nurse (RN/LVN)
JTC Home Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated and caring nurse to provide high-quality, in-home care to patients throughout San Diego and its surrounding counties. This is your chance to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care and truly impact the health and well-being of our community.
Pay: $50 per visit
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures like tube feeding and catheterization.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Provide specialized care, including pediatric support, senior care, and care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- A compassionate nurse with a current LVN license in California.
- Experience in home health, travel nursing, or other relevant clinical settings is a plus.
- You must be skilled in aseptic techniques and infection control.
- Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.
- Experience with tube feeding, catheterization, and injections is highly valued.
- BLS or ACLS Certification is preferred.
