Regional Sales Assistant (Csr)We are seeking a detail-oriented regional sales assistant (customer service representative) to provide administrative and customer service support to the regional sales team. This role serves as a liaison between sales, credit, operations, logistics, and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the regional sales team.Process customer orders, including bulk, packaged, and drop-ship orders, in SAP.Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, logistics, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely order fulfillment.Track open orders, assist with load planning, and communicate delivery updates.Prepare sales reports, freight quotes, customer documentation, and other administrative reports.Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate customer records, and verify order documentation.Assist with customer rebates, expense tracking, and general office administration.Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, mail, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.Support regional events, customer visits, and special projects.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferredExperience with SAP preferred3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experienceStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiencyTeam-oriented with a proactive, adaptable approachSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
