At AdviniaCare, our residents aren't just names on a caseload. We give our OTs the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team — while helping people regain independence and reclaim the everyday activities that matter most to them. Success here isn't always measured by a discharge home; sometimes it's relearning how to get dressed, hold a fork steady, or find a new way to do something that once felt lost.

We're growing our rehab team and looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist — full-time or per diem — who wants to practice differently — one who values person-centered care, creative clinical problem-solving, and being part of a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Responsibilities

Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, relationship-based care
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient care records
