- Full-time, five days per week - 8-hour or 4/9-hour shift options
- One evening shift per week; one weekend day per month
- 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hour shift
- Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family population
- Patients ages 6 months and up
- Primary care, preventative, and same-day care - fast-paced setting
- 2 years NP/PA experience required; 1 year primary care experience
