Radiological (X-Ray) Technologist - Warren, Michigan

Step into a key imaging position supporting a busy radiology department, where your expertise as a Radiologic Technologist will directly impact patient care. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and prioritizes candidates skilled in both imaging and X-ray technology.


Schedule:

• 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling available
• No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as BLS and ARRT (R)
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiologic Tech or X-ray Tech
• Comfort working overnight shifts, including every other weekend
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for collaboration within the care team
• Experience with GE and OEC C-arm systems, as well as Carestream portables

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic radiologic imaging using hospital protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging technology to deliver high-quality images
• Safeguard patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
• Accurately document and maintain patient imaging records
• Communicate findings and collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare professionals
• Maintain knowledge of current imaging standards and practices
