We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in San Jose, California for a full-time school-based position. This role will support students at the high school level and work closely with students, families, educators, and behavioral support staff to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral assessments.
Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress.
Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Train and support RBTs in the implementation of behavior plans and evidence-based interventions.
Monitor treatment fidelity and make data-driven adjustments to behavioral programming.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Experience working with school-aged students preferred.
High school or adolescent experience is a plus.
Must be comfortable providing RBT supervision.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
