Position Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM + Every Other Weekend Facility: Lakin Correctional Center Location: West Columbia, WV Are you ready for a nursing role where your care has a lasting impact and your compassion is felt every day? Position Summary As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include: Administering medications and treatments as ordered Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions Providing wound care and changing dressings Supporting documentation and care planning Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team You'll be more than a nurse.
