Some attorneys earned $100k+ in bonuses last year Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits with multiple plan options, including medical plans that may offer 100% coverage Unlimited paid time off 401(k) with 3% employer match after one year of employment Supportive culture with an emphasis on training, career development, and long-term growth Job Details Role Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar 4–6 years of experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions Experience prosecuting employment litigation from inception through settlement or trial Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Experience preparing for and taking depositions, including defending depositions Ability to independently manage court appearances and litigation strategy tasks Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment Interested in hearing more?
