As we continue to accelerate our North American expansion, we are building a world-class Solutions Engineering function that plays a critical role in helping organizations solve complex identity verification, fraud prevention, and data intelligence challenges.The North American Solutions Engineering team is a high-performing group of technical consultants, trusted advisors, and problem-solvers who partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth. This team is instrumental in positioning GBG as a strategic partner to some of the region's most innovative organizations.We are operating with the pace and ambition of a growth company, with North America serving as a key contributor to GBG's long-term vision of becoming a 1B revenue business. Travel for customer visits, team collaboration, and stakeholder meetings may be required (estimated up to 40%).The Role - Director of Solutions EngineeringAs Director of Solutions Engineering, you will lead, mentor, and scale a team of Solutions Engineers across North America, driving technical excellence throughout the customer buying journey. Partnering closely with Sales leadership, you will develop winning presales strategies, guide complex enterprise opportunities, and ensure customers clearly understand the business value of GBG's solutions.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and active customer engagement. You will coach and develop top technical talent, drive presales best practices, and help shape the future of the function through the adoption of AI-enabled tools and processes.
