Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Human Resource Generalist in East Peoria, IL to support a well-organized HR office and lead recruitment for hourly roles. You will manage HR processes in Workday, facilitate orientation, and support wellness and benefits programs. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of HR or administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and recruiting experience.
