Wound Care Physician – No Call, Zero Overhead

As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical, hands-on care to a vulnerable geriatric population in nursing facilities. You make the clinical decisions. You manage your outcomes. We handle the rest.

• Zero Overhead & Uncapped Earning Potential: Escape the financial strain of private practice. We handle the facility contracts and billing. Full-time physicians earn an average starting pay of $220,000 - $250,000 annually , with the potential to earn up to $300,000+ through additional services, performance-based bonuses, and no earning cap.
• Reclaim Your Time (No Call, No Weekends): Stop sacrificing your personal life. There are no nights, no on-call emergencies, and no weekend rounds.
• Say Goodbye to Data-Entry Burnout: We utilize a custom software system specifically designed to drastically reduce physician administrative and documentation time, so you can spend your time treating patients, not screens.

We invest heavily in our physicians so you feel confident and supported from day one:

• Pay Structure: Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay.
• Bonus Program: Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income.
• Company-Provided Training: Comprehensive wound care training provided, including biannual CME conferences.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
