Training And Experience Excellent data entry and typing skills. Ability to type 25 wpm. Knowledge of medical terminology required (previous medical/clerical experience). Must have good communication and telephone skills, ability to deal with the general public in a professional and courteous manner and ability to exercise independent judgment.
