Senior Data Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Partnering with HR professionals and senior leadership, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will deliver reporting solutions and analytical monitoring tools while supporting the Workday implementation and contributing to a new Snowflake data model in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Deliver reporting solutions and analytical tools to meet ad hoc requests and enhance flagship reporting Support the Workday implementation and learn new data structures to optimize people data usage Utilize advanced SQL and data visualization tools to present insights and trends effectively to stakeholders Required qualifications A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of analytical experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience Proficiency in advanced SQL and/or T-SQL for data retrieval and manipulation Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Proven ability to communicate directly with customers and stakeholders to build effective reporting solutions Demonstrated capability to present data insights clearly and make actionable recommendations
