This is a travel assignment where you will be part of a team caring for medically delicate and surgically complex patients. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care

• Provide care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, and multi-system organ dysfunction
• Manage complex traumas and surgical complications
• Utilize advanced hemodynamics, including pressor usage per titration protocols
• Administer antihypertensive drips, sedatives, and thrombo-embolytics
• Implement infection prevention protocols and manage HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxypendent
• Average patient load is 3 high acuity patients

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care

• Valid RN license
• Experience in large-scale adult PCU or community hospital ICU
• Competency in the care of medical and surgical populations
• Must have ACLS certification
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission
