Vice President, Strategy & Business Development - Advanced Therapeutics Division

Agilent seeks a Vice President to lead its Advanced Therapeutics Division, a $600 million specialty CDMO platform serving pharma and biotech customers. This enterprise executive role carries full P&L accountability for growth strategy, commercial development, portfolio management, capital allocation and organizational leadership across RNA manufacturing and BioVectra operations.
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L and overall performance with accountability for revenue, profitability and return on invested capital
- Build and manage global business-development strategy and revenue opportunity pipeline
- Define portfolio strategy across RNA oligonucleotides, BioVectra and adjacent modalities
- Drive capital allocation and identify M&A, partnership and technology investment opportunities
- Lead and develop geographically distributed organization across Colorado and BioVectra businesses
Requirements
- Proven P&L ownership and business leadership in life sciences or specialty manufacturing
- Track record building commercial pipelines and closing strategic customer partnerships
- Experience with capital allocation, M&A and portfolio strategy in regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed, cross-functional organizations
- Deep knowledge of CDMO, biologics manufacturing or advanced therapeutic modalities
- Strategic marketing and business development expertise in pharma/biotech partnerships
