We are looking for a motivated and dependable Bilingual Evening Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee nightly operations, support employees and supervisors, ensure quality standards, and help maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Lead, support, and communicate with cleaning staff, supervisors, floor techs, floaters, and managers / Liderar, apoyar y comunicarse con el personal de limpieza, supervisores, técnicos de piso y gerentes Train and coach new employees to ensure success / Capacitar y entrenar a nuevos empleados para garantizar su éxito Conduct inspections and follow up on requests using mobile apps / Realizar inspecciones y dar seguimiento a solicitudes utilizando aplicaciones móviles Handle nightly call-offs and ensure all buildings are properly covered / Manejar ausencias nocturnas y asegurar que todos los edificios estén cubiertos Step in and assist with cleaning duties when necessary / Apoyar en labores de limpieza cuando sea necesario Help solve operational and staffing challenges quickly and professionally / Ayudar a resolver desafíos operativos y de personal de manera profesional Review and approve employee timecards accurately / Revisar y aprobar tarjetas de tiempo del personal con precisiónQUALIFICATIONS | REQUISITOS
