Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments according to state licensure and facility guidelines. Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies. Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and staff. Comply with healthcare regulations, standards of practice, and facility policies. Qualifications: Current LPN license in the state. Previous nursing experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred. Strong clinical and medication administration skills.
