Piedmont Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Responsible for patient meal service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup, and special requests and needs.; Communicate patient food issues/needs to team members within the department and interact with nursing staff regarding patient nutrition needs or requirements.; React accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficient timing of services, and accuracy of physician's ordered modified diets.
