Job Description: On-site Help Desk Analyst who will enhance and automate desktop support processes, image machines, install complex software, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work with desktop hardware, software, and licensing services, support moves, and contribute to a knowledge base to improve efficiency and end-user satisfaction.
Key Skills
- IT Service Desk experience (2+ years) and IT troubleshooting (2+ years)
- Desktop imaging, software installation, and hardware moves
- Ticketing systems experience (ServiceNow preferred); knowledge base familiarity
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving with ability to escalate priority issues
- Ability to work a full 8-hour shift on-site (7 AM 5 PM window) and manage time/resources effectively
