This facility is seeking a dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule:
Coverage Dates: 7/21 - 10/29
Tuesday: 8am - 5pm
Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 4pm
Setting: Clinic
Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: fillings, ortho - Invisalign certified, crowns, bridges, restore implants, cosmetic dentistry. Number of dental assistants: 1-2 per dentist, number of hygienists: 1
Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days
Requirements: active state license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix electronic medical record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
