Who We Are

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tampa Bay is a locally owned restoration and cleaning company serving Tampa Bay .

We provide water/fire damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odor removal, and other property cleaning and restoration services.

We are not trying to be just another restoration company. We are building a professional, organized, high-performing operation

The Role:

As a Restoration Technician , you are responsible for executing work in the field and helping complete estimates.

You will not just help on jobs. You will drive and complete them.

You will:

Complete water mitigation, dry-outs, demolition, containment, and emergency service projects
Xactimate estimate writing
Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment properly
Use moisture readings, photos, notes, and job documentation to support accurate project tracking
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
Perform clean, organized demolition and containment work
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, operations leadership, subcontractors, and teammates
Help newer technicians learn company systems and follow proper procedures
Take responsibility when something needs to be fixed or improved
Represent Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tampa Bay professionally at all times

You will be expected to learn the carpet cleaning side of the business and complete cleaning jobs as needed.

Preferred Experience

Restoration experience (water/fire/mold/bio)
Technician, Lead Technician, Estimator, Crew Lead, or field leadership experience
Xactimate estimate writing
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
Experience with drying equipment, moisture mapping, demolition, and containment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
