- Installation and configuration of Software and Hardware Products into Hospital Systems
- Perform training for clients either through on-site (travel required) or through remote tools
- Participate in training for the Sales Teams as products develop
- Contribute towards knowledge base articles for Sales Engineering and Support
- Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management in order to assist in the further development of the RescueNet Product Suites and associated hardware
- Attend trade shows as required to support the sales effort
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Technical Background is highly desired preferred
- Strong presentation, customer service, and training skills
- Experience with Single Sign On technologies
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving approach
- Experience in troubleshooting software installs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and directed
- Experience in providing support to a sales organization that focuses on selling complex enterprise-wide software and hardware solutions
- Ability to travel to sales regions from a home office
