Baking Operations:

1. Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin' products, including donuts, muffins, and bagels, according to standard recipes and specifications.
2. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency.
3. Coordinate with the team to prioritize baking schedules based on product demand.

Quality Control:

1. Conduct quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet Dunkin' standards.
2. Remove any products that do not meet quality criteria and report issues to management.

Inventory Management:

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
2. Communicate with the management team to order necessary supplies in a timely manner.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

1. Maintain a clean and organized baking area, including ovens, mixers, and work surfaces.
2. Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic baking environment.

Team Collaboration:

1. Work collaboratively with other overnight team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
