This role focuses on inspecting and testing electrical work, interpreting technical documentation, and documenting non-conformances and corrective actions to maintain high-quality output in an industrial and construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track corrective actions taken to resolve non-conformances and ensure that rework meets quality and safety requirements.
  • Log final sign-offs for completed work that has passed inspection and testing, maintaining accurate records for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with field, manufacturing, or supervisory personnel to address quality issues and improve processes.
  • Support troubleshooting activities on industrial control panels, motor controls, and power collection grids as needed.

  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA rules, and local regulatory standards.
  • Attention to detail in inspecting wiring, assemblies, and installations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to document non-conformances clearly and track corrective actions through to final sign-off.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • OSHA-30 certification preferred.
  • Experience working in industrial or construction environments, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Comfort using test equipment such as multimeters, Meggers, and Hipot testers.
