TELEMARKETER - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Role Description We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls. Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information. Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm. Follow up on leads generated from marketing or referrals to schedule appointments. Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options. Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions. Qualifications Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry preferred. Communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. Professional and courteous telephone manner. Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
