Residential Electrician Duties:

• Residential service, maintenance, and inspections - Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on home electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Wiring and equipment installation - Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, devices, fixtures, appliances, and related components using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Electrical layout planning - Plan and execute wiring layouts and equipment placement based on job specifications, residential electrical codes, and safety standards.
• Whole-home rewiring - Complete full-structure rewiring projects, including circuit upgrades, panel improvements, and replacement of outdated or unsafe electrical systems.

Residential Electrician Requirements:

• Progressive electrical experience
• Journeyman's or residential license preferred
• Experience in residential repair and install
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Able to handle physical workload
