SAP HR SuccessFactors Tech Lead

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Tech Lead / Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, testing, integration, stabilization, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

The consultant will serve as a senior subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, system integrators, and internal support teams. This role requires strong hands-on SuccessFactors configuration experience and the ability to provide technical and functional leadership throughout implementation, cutover, hypercare, and production support.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• 3+ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations
• 2+ Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP configuration
• Experience with Workforce Software integrations
• Experience with Benefitfocus integrations
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI
• Experience with Integration Center
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions
• Integration experience with:
  • Workforce Software
  • Benefitfocus
  • ADP Tax & Garnishment Services
  • OpenText
  • SAP ERP / S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management
• Experience mentoring internal HR technology / SuccessFactors resources
• Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, consulting, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Support Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Onboarding
• Provide functional and technical leadership during implementation, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and support SuccessFactors integrations
• Work with SAP CPI / Integration Suite and Integration Center
• Support integrations with Workforce Software, Benefitfocus, ADP, OpenText, and SAP enterprise applications
• Review implementation partner designs, configurations, enhancements, and proposed solutions
• Challenge recommendations when necessary and provide practical best-practice guidance
• Assist with data migration, testing, payroll validation, and production readiness
• Develop technical documentation, knowledge-transfer materials, and support processes
• Mentor internal HR technology resources and help build long-term SuccessFactors/ECP support capabilities
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex SuccessFactors and payroll issues

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification required/preferred
• Employee Central Payroll certification preferred
• Certifications in Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Onboarding are a plus

This is a senior-level role. Candidates without multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations and substantial EC/ECP hands-on experience will not be considered.
