Full-Time Urology Physician

Riverside Health Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Urology Physician to join our established team at Riverside Urology Specialists in Newport News, Virginia. About the Practice

Riverside Urology Specialists offers comprehensive urologic care across the full continuum, supported by advanced technology and innovative treatment options, including:

• da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery
• Minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic procedures
• Endoscopic stone surgery

Our board-certified physicians provide individualized, high-quality care focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

• Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (BPH)
• Erectile Dysfunction
• Kidney Cancer
• Kidney Stones
• Low Testosterone
• Male Infertility
• Prostate Cancer
• Urinary Incontinence
• Nephrectomy
• Urogynecology
• Vasectomy

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urologic conditions
• Perform surgical and procedural interventions consistent with specialty training
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives
• Adhere to Riverside Medical Group policies and professional standards

Education

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Licensure, Certification, and Credentials

• Active or eligible for Virginia medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Current DEA registration (or eligible)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong clinical and surgical proficiency in urology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
