Little Caesars - Immediate General Manager Needed

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain high-quality product standards
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  • Implement effective communication and leadership strategies
  • Manage paperwork and operational activities
  • Execute marketing events to boost sales

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
  • Basic math skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
