Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the position of grill cook. This role is essential in supporting our culinary team to deliver high-quality dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on dietary services and fine dining. This position requires a passion for food preparation and an understanding of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service during meal times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Support dietary aides in serving meals and addressing any dietary needs of guests.

Experience

• Previous experience as a grill cook using wood-fired grills IS REQUIRED.
• Background in fine dining or restaurant settings is required. (Fast food experience will not be considered when reviewing candidates.)
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary practices is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food is required.
