Repack Associate

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for a 1st shift Repack Associate. The role is based in Otsego, MN, with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering a pay rate of $18.75 per hour. Role Overview: We are looking for a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a Repack Associate. This role is essential to our warehouse workflow, focusing on material handling, bin loading, and preparing goods for shipment. Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor in a high-speed setting and possess a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and fundamental computer literacy. Core Duties: Manage bin loading and waste disposal within the repack department. Organize and ready various materials to ensure smooth processing and shipping. Facilitate the movement, sorting, and handling of goods throughout the repack cycle. Help maintain high productivity levels by executing repetitive physical tasks efficiently. Utilize digital systems to input, monitor, and refresh inventory data. Ensure accuracy by strictly adhering to provided operational guidelines. Contribute to a safer workplace by following all established safety protocols. Keep the workspace tidy and orderly to improve overall efficiency. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure daily warehouse goals are met. Report any issues regarding materials or processing to leadership promptly. Support the broader warehouse team by taking on additional material handling tasks as needed. Requirements: Prior experience in production, material handling, or warehouse settings is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in basic computer operations is necessary. Demonstrated ability to comprehend and execute written instructions. A dedicated work ethic and readiness for physically active duties. A track record of being punctual and reliable. A proactive, team-focused, and safety-minded professional approach. Capacity to thrive in a high-volume warehouse atmosphere. Requirement to wear steel-toe footwear. Physical ability to remain standing and walking for long durations. Capability to frequently reach, bend, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds periodically. Willingness to handle materials that may be soiled and perform labor-intensive tasks. A dynamic and fast-moving warehouse and repackaging facility. The role requires consistent physical exertion throughout the shift. Expect to work with materials that may be dirty, as the job is labor-intensive. Frequent interaction with warehouse machinery and ongoing distribution activities. Mandatory use of steel-toe boots and other required safety gear.
