Title: Food Services Operations ManagerDepartment: Food ServicesReports To: Food Services ManagerPosition Details: Full Time | 40 Hours per Week | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PMAt the Himalayan Institute Retreat Center, food is an important part of the guest experience. We are looking for a Food Services Operations Manager who enjoys leading people, creating organized systems, and helping a busy kitchen and dining operation run smoothly.This is a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, vendors, food safety, and daily meal-service operations while working closely with our Food Services Manager.We expect approximately 20% of your time to be spent cooking and directly supporting food operations.
