Key Responsibilities Inbound Call Service Order Management Product Support New Customer Contact & Account Setup Customer & Internal Communication Issue Resolution Requirements Energetic problem solver High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service or call center experience Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite All candidates must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal and credit background check as well as a pre‑employment drug test.
