May help with other tasks outside as far as grounds keeping or projects inside on the same pathway as cleaning.Part-Time Groundskeeper Qualifications:Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferredAbility to safely operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other groundskeeping equipmentDependable with strong attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional groundsAbility to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Basic knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance preferredAbility to follow safety procedures and use equipment responsiblyReliable transportation to and from workApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
