Job ID 23458 – Senior Human Resources Generalist Location: Tampa, 33614 – This position is onsite Pay: $70,000 to $80,000 plus 5% bonus Type: Direct hire Schedule: Flexibility is required to collaborate across global teams Job description: Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations while ensuring fair and compliant outcomes. Support HR operations and compliance by maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies, supporting audits, and driving consistency across HR processes and procedures. Partner with leadership on talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans (PIPs), employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce development. Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities, workforce planning, job descriptions, and candidate experience, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist with compensation, benefits, HR programs, and workforce analytics by supporting offer development, benefits administration, HR initiatives, and reporting on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring progress, and workforce trends.
