Job Description Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers through phone communication. Working within a team , you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage customer accounts with authority to resolve standard issues efficiently. Applicants must be willing to work additional hours in the event of storm or emergency situations.

2+ years in customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
